The quality seems good overall, I guess. I did notice a few small marks on it, which was a bit disappointing, but aside from that it looks fine

i mean, I ordered a few parts and the packing slip had everything listed correctly, but the actual items in the box were different. It took way too long to get it sorted out, and I still ended up having to double-check everything myself. Frustrating experience overall.

I ordered from potomacdist.com because their prices seemed more reasonable than a few other sites I looked at, i think it’s only fair to give credit when a company offers good value without overcharging. The product showed up as expected and felt worth what I paid. Shipping wasn’t lightning fast, but it wasn’t irresponsible or concerning either. I’m taking off one star because the checkout process was a little clunky, and I do think sites should make that part easier for customers. Still, overall it was a solid experience and I’d probably order from them again

I had to return my order once, and the refund showed up in just a few days. i was happy about how smooth it was.

My order from Potomac Distribution showed up on time, which I appreciated, but the packaging didn’t exactly give me peace of mind. The box was banged up, and one corner was crushed, so I was worried I was about to find something damaged and have to deal with the hassle of losing money or time on a return.

Luckily everything inside was fine, but it felt like a close call. I’d really like to see them use sturdier boxes or more padding, especially for heavier stuff. It wasn’t a bad experience overall, just not one I’d want to risk repeating. Three stars seems about right

I had a question about my order and reached out, not really expecting a super quick reply, but they got back to me fast. From my experience, their support was helpful and easy to deal with. It wasn’t absolutely perfect, but it definitely did the job and I’d be comfortable ordering again.

I ordered a few things because they showed as available, but then I got told they were actually out of stock. Maybe I should’ve double-checked before ordering, but I figured the website inventory would be accurate. Kind of frustrating when you’re expecting something and then find out later it’s not coming.

Everything I received was legit and I had no issues at all. my only regret is not buying from here earlier.

So... communication was really the biggest problem for me here.

That said, a few areas felt kind of busy, and the menu wasn’t as clear as I expected. I ended up clicking around more than I wanted just to find simple info. Not a bad site at all, just could use a bit of tidying up :)
